If you are regularly using your rewards account then you have nothing to worry about with your points expiring.

However Rezortly Rewards points will expire within 12 months of inactivity - so that means no earning/redeeming points or purchases within a 12 month period then your points will expire.

To earn and redeem points, you must be a Rezortly rewards member and be logged into your account.

To access your points via our website, please log into your Rezortly account here or find it in the top navigation menu under the 'Explore' menu. The pop up will display your current points balance. You can then select the "MY REWARDS" button where you can view all of the available rewards to redeem. 

Save the reward you want to redeem to add to your cart at checkout.

You can redeem your points on the final page of checkout. Please see below steps:  

1. Make sure you are logged into your account

2. Save the reward you want to redeem to add to your cart at checkout.

3. Add items to cart and proceed to check out

4. Add your discount code to redeem your points. (If you decide not to purchase, you can save the discount code for next time.)

Our reward promotion codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and have a minimum spend starting from of $99 AUD - $199 AUD depending on the discount value.

Rewards members are unable to earn points on purchases made prior to joining the Rewards program and can only earn points for orders placed after your account has been created.

Yes. When you earn 500 Rezortly Rewards you can access Free Standard Shipping with no minimum spend required.

You can also access Free Standard Shipping if your order is over $150 AUD automatically.

Please note that you must meet the $150 AUD after discounts, rewards and promotions have been applied to be eligible for free shipping.

Yes. If you have a Rezortly Loyalty Rewards Account, you are eligible to receive points as a birthday reward.

You must enter your birthday in at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.

To add your birthday to your account, first login via Rezortly Rewards and you will find the option to add this under "Ways to Earn Points". Hover over the Birthday Rewards box and you will be supplied with the option to add your Birthday.

We offer our community the ability to leave reviews on all items purchased from our site. You can leave your review direct via the product page, however, if you wish to earn loyalty points for your reviews, you must follow the below process. 

1. You must place your order logged into your Rezortly Rewards account. 

2. Approximately 14 days post your purchase, a review request email will be sent for the items in your order. Please ensure you check your junk mail for this. Please note, if you have previously unsubscribed to our marketing emails you will not receive the review request. 

3. Leave your review via the request email. You will earn 100 points per written review and an additional 50 points for a photo attached and an additional 100 points for a video attached. 

Please note, unrelated review photos and videos will be rejected and you will not be awarded points. Please ensure all content is appropriate and related to the review item. We love to see you wearing your Rezortly to show our community how this style fits on different body shapes. 

You can only attach up to 3 media files per review. You are limited to being rewarded for 30 item reviews per month. 

Your points will be added once the review content is approved, please allow up to 72 business hours for the points to apply. 

If you have not left your review via the review request email and you are missing points, please reach out to our customer experience team via customercare@rezortly.com and we can assist you.

The points will automatically adjust in your account within minutes of placing an order.

Points for product reviews require time from when the review has been submitted, the points will be updated one your review is approved. The product review must be submitted via the review request email sent 14 days post-purchase. Once a product review has been submitted, it can take up to 2 weeks to be rewarded. Points can only be earned for a purchases made under your account.

Our reward promotion codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions and have a minimum spend of $99 - $199 depending on the Reward Value.
