COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Our online store is open for business and will remain open to inspire you with great offerings.

Like many other retailers we are at times experiencing longer than usual shipping and delivery times which are out of our control due to the Covid-19 Crisis. Delivery times can vary due to the overwhelming demand for postal services.

All orders are important to us and we are working hard to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping delays during this global pandemic are out of our control.

Please be patient, delays may be experienced due to an increase in order volumes and shipping and logistics delays which may result in slightly longer than usual delivery times.

Please note, our Customer Care team are also working hard to take and answer all your online enquiries. Please allow a few days before contacting them if your enquiry relates to your orders expected delivery time.

ORDER PROCESSING

What currency do you accept?
Rezortly accepts most currencies. Simply select your currency from the available currency drop down if your location is not automatically detected and all pricing will be displayed in your countries currency. Your purchase will then be processed in your selected currency at checkout. We are an Australian store operating in $AUD currency. 

Where is your online store located?
Rezortly is an online boutique with our head office located on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. We have products in our USA, Australia and Asian warehouses.

Once You Place An Order
An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout to confirm your order.

Order Processing - Time Before Shipped
Ready-to-ship products - We endeavor to process ready to ship orders within 1-2 full business days. Some could take up to 3-5 days due to the high volume of orders we receive. 

Made-to-order products - take around 5-10 business days before they ship.  Orders placed after Friday 5pm AEST will be processed the following Monday.

We also have some ready-to-ship products that deliver within 2-10 business days. This will be displayed on the individual product page if available and may indicate they only ship to some regions.

Order Delivery Time Estimates
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Sometimes they arrive sooner and sometimes later.

Please allow extra time during sale periods or annual holidays like Christmas.
Delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight companies.

Is my order tracked?
Yes all orders are tracked. 
After your order is placed and then dispatched you will then receive a tracking number/confirmation of order shipment around 3-5 days after placing your order and processing.

How do I check the status of my order?
We include tracking information for your order. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. You can check the status of your order any time at Track Order page.

Please keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for a few days, so don't worry if you don't see anything right away! We recommend waiting 3-5 days before checking. If you do not see anything after 7 days please contact us.

Will all the items I ordered be shipped together?
Sometimes items in our store may be shipped from our different partner warehouse locations around the world, so each item you ordered may arrive separately. Your item will be on it's way for delivery and arrive soon.

Are there customs import duty & taxes?
Please note: Each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser. We do not charge taxes on our products, however you will be responsible for any import duties or customs clearance fees that your country may apply to your order. All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees if they are applicable.

Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies to avoid any surprises. Items may be shipped from Asia, USA, Europe or Australia.

You are responsible for any return shipping fees we are charged if you do not take delivery of the item. Unfortunately if you do not take delivery of your order due to customs fees, or another reason you are responsible to pay any return shipping fees charged at the time, which we unfortunately have no control of. This will be billed or deducted from you account if required to cover shipping costs if we are charged.

We are also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.

What if I have an issue with my delivery?
Please double check all personal and postage details (correct phone number, email address, postal address, etc when completing and finalising your order.

If you have made a mistake please contact us asap so we can amend your order before the order is processed & shipped. Unfortunately we can’t change the order after it has been processed & shipped.

We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. We are not liable if wrong information is given to us when shipping information is asked at checkout and we are not required to refund you. So please check all information so this does not occur as we do not want you to be anything less than happy with your purchase.
