What currency do you accept?

Rezortly accepts most currencies. Simply select your currency from the available currency drop down if your location is not automatically detected and all pricing will be displayed in your countries currency. Your purchase will then be processed in your selected currency at checkout. We are an Australian store operating in $AUD currency. 
Taxes, and discounts if applicable are calculated at checkout.

What does Shipping cost and time to deliver?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic and international orders over $99. 

Order Processing Time
Ready-to-ship products - We endeavor to process ready to ship orders within 1-2 full business days. Some could take up to 3-5 days due to the high volume of orders we receive.
Made-to-order products - take around 5-10 business days before they ship. 

Orders placed after Friday 5pm AEST will be processed the following Monday.

We do not currently ship to the rest of the world.

We also have some ready-to-ship products that deliver within 2-10 business days. This will be displayed on the individual product page if available and may indicate they only ship to some regions.
Note: You will not be able to complete your checkout if you have an item in your cart that does not ship to your region.

Order Delivery Estimates
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Sometimes they arrive sooner and sometimes later. Please allow extra time during sale periods or annual holidays like Christmas.

Delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight companies.

How do I use my coupon or discount code?

Once you have your items on your cart, add your code at checkout on the ‘Coupon Code’ space. The discount will be automatically applied once you click ‘Apply Code’.

What if I made a mistake with my shipping address?

If you made a mistake with your shipping address please contact us asap, ideally within 1 hour of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address. NOTE: If your order has already been processed unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please contact us asap, ideally within 1 hour of placing your order. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and provide your full name, order number for the request to be processed.

Please make sure you have read our Refunds & Returns Policy before proceeding also.

What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please contact us to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our customer care will assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for a few days, so don't worry if you don't see anything right away! We recommend waiting 3-5 days before checking. If you do not see anything after 7 days please contact us.

What if I need to return or exchange my item or get a refund?

You can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date and we must receive your return request within 3 days of the delivery date for the item(s) you wish to return via our Rezortly Returns center. If 3 days to request a return, or 14 days to return item(s) have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
