Rezortly Rewards Terms & Conditions
1. Rewards Program Overview
1.1. The Rezortly Rewards Loyalty Program ('the Program') is operated by Rezortly via rezortly.com and the Rezortly App. ABN 54 207 238 092 of Queensland Australia ('Rezortly', 'we' or 'us').
2.1. Rezortly Rewards memberships are open to individuals with a Rezortly.com account and valid email address and contact details.
2.2. Rezortly reserves the discretion to accept or reject any application.
2.3. Employees of Rezortly are not eligible to apply.
2.4. Corporate and distributor accounts are ineligible.
2.5. To complete your Rezortly Rewards profile, please Create Your Online Account at Rezortly.com.
3.1 Customers participating in the Program can obtain rewards by making purchases online at www.rezortly.com ('online store') operated by Rezortly and can redeem such rewards online or via the app.
3.2 For discount to apply a valid Rezortly Reward must be available and redeemed at the time of the transaction.
3.3 Discounts do not apply to the purchase of Rezortly gift cards. Discounts will apply when redeeming a Rezortly gift card.
3.4 Shipping discount applies to standard shipping for orders from www.rezortly.com. Discount is not valid in conjunction with free shipping or any other shipping offers.
3.5 Discounts, offers or vouchers issued to Rezortly Rewards members are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.6 Rezortly Rewards may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount taken at checkout.
4. Rewards App Online
4.1 The Rezortly Rewards App is accessed online and is not transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
4.2 A Rezortly Rewards is not available via a rewards card, it is an online app available free of charge.
4.3 The Rezortly Rewards points are issued by and remain the property of Rezortly and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Personal Details
5.1 By providing your email address, you consent to receiving exclusive Rezortly Rewards offers in your inbox.
5.2 Information provided by you and information about transactions will be retained by Rezortly.
5.4 It is the responsibility of the member to keep their personal details updated and correct. You can update your details in online at www.rezortly.com. If Rezortly is not notified about a change of personal details, we may not be able to provide the full benefits of the program and may need to cancel your membership.
7. Changes to the Program
7.1 Rezortly reserves the right to modify the terms of or withdrawal of the Rezortly Rewards programme at any time without prior notice.
8. Issues with Rezortly Rewards
8.1 If you have forgotten your Rezortly Rewards login details, visit rezortly.com contact page and email customer care for assistance.
9.1 Members can view their membership information by logging on to the Rezortly website www.rezortly.com with their registered account.
